What is harmony? The Oxford English Dictionary calls it ‘a pre-established agreement between body and soul before their creation’

but while we are here on this planet, we need to find harmony with Mother Earth and our own physical bodies, balance in our

minds and our thoughts, peace with our feelings and in our hearts, and Oneness with spirit.

The sound of the human voice is one of the most natural healing tools and can be used to relax and soothe with its vibration, release old memories and patterns and literally ‘tune you’ back into harmony. Simple techniques will help you to release stress and tension, calm your thoughts and fears, gently clear and energise your body and the chakra system, and peacefully open to your intuition and the vibration of your own healing power.  We will work together to create harmony with Mother Earth, balance our masculine and feminine energy, find attunement in our hearts with friends and families, connect to spirit, and breathe with and harmonise with sound our body, major organs and DNA. Experience your authentic self as a Being of harmony and light, and magnetise positive energy to you, as you begin to send the real sound of who you are out into the world.
